- HISTORY
- Our restaurant was established in the early 1990s, a time before the ramen boom had begun. At that time, it was not widely known among the locals. However, by offering high-quality ramen and delicious noodles, our popularity gradually grew.
By the 2000s, our restaurant had become known among ramen enthusiasts from all over Japan. Over the years, the original staff, who have continued working here, have honed their skills, and today our restaurant is famous for its signature dishes.
Additionally, with an increase in foreign tourists, our restaurant has gained a positive reputation abroad, attracting ramen lovers from around the world.
